BEIJING, April 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday said the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a public road open to all, not a private path owned by one single party.
Xi made the remarks while delivering a keynote speech via video at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2021.
"All interested countries are welcome aboard to take part in the cooperation and share in its benefits," he said. Enditem
